Script
HAL reads your brief and writes a full script — scenes, dialogue, directions. You read it in chat. Approve or give notes. Nothing moves until you say so.
Storyboard
From the approved script, HAL builds a shot-by-shot storyboard. Every frame described, every camera angle specified. You see it before a single image is generated.
Character Sheet & Environments
HAL builds reference sheets for every character and environment in the film — appearance, costume, lighting mood. Lock them here and they stay consistent across every shot.
Static Images
Every frame of the storyboard rendered as a still. HAL builds the full visual world before a single second of video is produced. Review the look of the whole film at once.
Video Clips
Stills become motion. HAL animates each shot according to the storyboard — motion direction, pacing, transitions. Clips are produced scene by scene and ready for assembly.
Final Edited Version
HAL assembles the cut — sequence, pacing, music, motion graphics, supers, and final colour. You receive the finished film in chat for review and sign-off.
