The Story
The Scarecrow is a modern-day fairy tale, made with love and AI. Mili - a tiny but big-hearted girl - is on a mission to free her newly found friend Smiley the Scarecrow, so he can finally visit the land of his dreams. She enlists the help of her brother Aarav and Russel the Crow. But there's a villain lurking on the next page…

The hard part, solved
A 20 minute film presented challenges that technology is worst at. Here is where filmmaking craft and engineering met.
The same world, shot after shot
Every environment and every character must remain true to itself across hundreds of generations. The architecture, lighting, costumes, props, and facial identity cannot drift from one shot to the next. We built workflows that preserve visual consistency throughout the entire film, creating a world that is intentionally designed rather than AI-generated.
Every shot belongs to the one before it
AI creates images one frame at a time, but films are experienced as a continuous sequence. We developed systems that maintain continuity across shots - matching eyelines, character positioning, actions and spatial relationships - so every cut feels like part of the same scene instead of a fresh generation.
A performance you believe
The ultimate test of any film is whether it makes you feel something. We directed AI performances the way a filmmaker directs actors - shaping emotion, restraint, rhythm, and intent. Every glance, pause, and expression was refined until the performance felt honest enough to disappear into the story.
Every frame, intentionally directed
Every lens choice, colour, camera movement, composition, and lighting decision was made deliberately to serve the story. We developed precise control over the visual language of every shot, ensuring the film is authored by a filmmaker - not assembled by AI.
