Xanadu Studio is an India-built, India-led AI-native film studio based in Mumbai. We make cinema-grade films, advertisements, microdramas, OTT series and music videos produced entirely with AI on our own in-house production stack — not VFX with AI bolted on, but native AI filmmaking.
Does Xanadu Studio make AI ads?
Yes. Through Shherpa, our in-house brand agency, we produce AI advertisements — brand films, celebrity and AI-avatar endorsements, and digital ads created entirely with AI. AI production removes the cost of traditional shoots, reshoots, travel and large crews, and the same story can be localised across languages without separate shoots.
What is AI film production?
AI film production is the making of films, series and ads where AI carries the core of the production pipeline — performance, scenes, continuity and final imagery — rather than being used only for VFX touch-ups. At Xanadu, filmmakers and AI engineers work together on Arc, our proprietary AI filmmaking platform, to deliver finished, cinema-grade work including editorial, sound and colour.

We build our own AI media stack. Arc is our proprietary AI filmmaking platform — an operating system for how films are made, designed around performance, continuity, direction and narrative flow.
